How Automated WhatsApp Billing Works
When finalizing a sale at the POS counter, the cashier enters the customer mobile number (or scans their member barcode). Upon clicking Save & Send WhatsApp (F8):
- The customer receives an instant WhatsApp message from your business with your store name, invoice number, and bill total.
- A direct link to download their official GST PDF invoice is included.
- Their earned reward loyalty points and current point balance are displayed.
Customer Ledger (Khata) Balance Reminders
For B2B customers, regular neighborhood patrons, or credit account holders: navigate to Contacts → Customers → Send Payment Reminder. Munim POS sends an automated WhatsApp statement showing total credit balance and UPI payment link.
